Salesforce to Raise Prices From August: What You Need to Know

On July 11, Salesforce announced the increase of list prices by an average of 9% starting from August 2023. It is the first price rise in 7 years.

During these 7 years, the “company has delivered 22 new releases, thousands of new features — including recent generative AI innovations— and invested more than $20 billion in research and development”, Salesforce stated.

New Salesforce List Pricing Effective August 2023

 Salesforce revealed new prices for Sales and Service Clouds: 

  • Professional Edition – $80 (5$ increase)
  • Enterprise Edition – $165 (15$ increase)
  • Unlimited Edition – $330 (30$ increase)
