Salesforce AI Cloud Brings AI-powered Tools Together to Supercharge Customer Experiences

Almost all Salesforce innovations this year were connected with AI. Finally, on June 12, Salesforce announced AI Cloud that gathers GPT-powered tools in one suite of capabilities optimized for delivering trusted, open, and real-time generative experiences across all applications and workflows.

What is AI Cloud?

According to Salesforce, AI Cloud “is built for CRM to supercharge customer experiences and company productivity by bringing together AI, data, analytics, and automation to provide trusted, open, real-time generative AI that is enterprise ready”.

AI Cloud is built on the Einstein GPT Trust Layer that helps protect sensitive customer data from large-language models. This separation of data from the LLM helps customers maintain data governance controls while still leveraging the potential of generative AI.

Also, AI Cloud is designed on an open platform. It means that Salesforce customers can safely use any large language model, including 3d-party models.

What’s inside AI Cloud?

Salesforce is bringing the power of generative AI to every product with Sales GPT, Service GPT, Marketing GPT, Commerce GPT, Slack GPT, Tableau GPT, Flow GPT, and Apex GPT. These new tools will help businesses of all sizes automate tasks, improve customer experiences, and make better decisions.

Sales GPT. Use cases: sellers can create personalized emails that are tailored to their customer’s needs in a flash. Personalization is informed by CRM data, freeing up sales reps to focus on building relationships and driving revenue.

Marketing GPT. Use cases: marketers can quickly generate audience segments by leveraging natural language prompts and AI-driven recommendations for better targeting. It ensures that the right messages and offers reach the right people at the right time.

Commerce GPT. Use cases: companies can automatically customize product descriptions to each buyer based on their customer data and meet their commerce goals with GPT-guided recommendations.

Tableau GPT. Use cases: Tableau GPT enables sales managers to generate visualizations based on natural language prompts. For instance, these visualizations can display real-time progress against the quota, along with recommendations for helping meet goals.

Flow GPT. Use cases: Flow GPT users can create workflows using natural language prompts. For example, these workflows can notify a sales rep when a lead is converted to an opportunity.
