Yesterday, on July 19th, Salesforce announced that the first features of SalesGPT and ServiceGPT have been generally released for all Salesforce customers. Let’s have a closer look on available features and their pricing.
SalesGPT Availability and Price
Sales Emails, the first of the SalesGPT features are generally available. With Sales Emails, reps can save time and quickly generate personalized emails with customers’ CRM data either with the Sales Cloud or right in Gmail and Outlook, with only a solitary click.

According to the Salesforce website, Sales GPT is included in Sales Cloud Einstein at $50/user/month and includes a limited number of Einstein GPT credits. For now, only customers with Unlimited Edition, which contains the Einstein SKU, will be able to use GPT-powered capabilities.
ServiceGPT Availability and Price
The first two features, Service Replies and Work Summaries, are generally available now. With Service Replies, managers can create personalized replies based on up-to-date data sources to assist service agents in dealing with customer inquiries more efficiently. And using Work Summaries, managers generate summaries of the service cases and customer interactions with the help of case records and the customer’s history.
