Challenge

The Customer was new to using CRM systems and had most of their student, tutor, and lesson data stored on paper, causing organizational challenges. To address this, StudyRight partnered with ENWAY for Salesforce implementation. Within the project scope, we automated the sales process and developed a lesson and student management system.

In this case study, we show how ENWAY has supported StudyRight’s transition to robust management of lessons and courses. Discover how our assistance streamlined StudyRight’s sales process.

Solution

To ensure the project’s success, ENWAY’s experts meticulously navigated a series of essential steps:

  • Created custom objects that store all necessary info about tutors, lessons, and lesson attendance with the possibility of adding new lessons;
  • Added the functionality to clone a whole week of lessons;
  • Automated the assignment of the study programs individually to each student. Within the programs (or Pathways), managers can choose one or several needed lesson packs depending on the subject;
  • Integrated Salesforce with the ClassMarker test platform to keep the data about initial assessments and all other tests during the studying steps. With this integration, quiz questions, points, and results are stored in a Salesforce object, making it easy to access and assign to a particular student;
  • Integrate Salesforce with the JotForm platform to leave feedback from the teacher about each student based on the results of the lesson. With this integration, we created an attendance object for each student, where the tutor can fill in how lessons went, what topic was covered, homework completed, etc.;
  • Automated the student transfer to another group before the start of the next school year;
  • Created all essential reports, including today’s lessons, this week’s lessons, error handling reports, etc.

Results

Now, StudyRight has complete control over courses and student’s data. All lessons are neatly organized, with tutors assigned and students enrolled. The automation of study program assignments made it easy to provide a tailor-made education experience.

Now that StudyRight has a strong lesson and student management in place, they’re set up nicely to keep providing tailored help to students and helping them succeed in their studies.
