StudyRight is an award-winning learning center with a focus on personalized learning assistance to students at various educational levels. The subjects taught include Math, English, Science, and an 11+ exam preparation course. The company provides its services in 2 offline centers in London and online.

Challenge

The Customer hasn’t used a CRM previously. The majority of data about students, tutors, and lessons were siloed and stored in paper form. As a result, StudyRight chose ENWAY as a partner for Salesforce implementation. As part of the project, we provided sales process automation and delivered a course management system.

Solution

During the turnkey Salesforce implementation, ENWAY professionals did the following steps:

  • Designed Salesforce object schema;
  • Delivered standard object configuration with all needed fields;
  • Linked the Calendly tool and Salesforce to ensure that any website-generated leads are automatically generated as new leads in Salesforce;
  • Implemented Lead conversion process with stages relevant to the StudyRight existing processes;
  • Integrated Salesforce with the ClassMarker test platform to automatically store the initial assessment results. With this integration, quiz questions, points, and results are stored in a Salesforce object, making it easy to access and assign to a particular student;
  • In the Account object, separate students, their parents, and emergency contacts using various record types;
  • Created mechanism to generate Contracts;
  • Created the Product object and filled in the course price list;
  • Developed payment management logic, including tracking of payments.

Results

With Salesforce Sales Cloud, StudyRight got rid of papers and scattered spreadsheets.

By linking Calendly and Salesforce, StudyRight now gets leads from their website straight into Salesforce, making lead conversion smoother. Plus, they can now easily keep and access all necessary info about leads and current student, including their test results.

These changes have not only improved sales but have also been a big part of StudyRight’s move to digital systems.
