WeLearn is an edu-tech consulting company founded in 2022 by Davide Delgrossi and Diego Beccarelli, former managers at Google and Meta. WeLearn helps video creators produce engaging digital content, grow their social media presence, and optimize their sales strategy.

Challenge
Just like many startups, WeLearn didn’t use any CRM until 2023. Google Suite and Zapier integrations met the company’s needs in the early stages.
However, with the business’s growth and the increasing number of creators, WeLearn decided to automate sales and financial processes using Salesforce.
Apart from Salesforce implementation, ENWAY’s team was in charge of delivering financial tracking using Sales Cloud.
Solution
During this ambitious project, ENWAY’s skilled team developed a Financial App to track income and expenses. The main steps included:
The design of the data model for gathering and storing transactions.
Stripe and PayPal integrations with the Salesforce org.
Automated VAT calculations depending on the creator’s country.
Automated exchange rate recalculations.
Allocation of transactions to different cost centers.
Creation of various dashboards and reports to track crucial financial metrics, such as monthly sales for each course, net income, etc.

Results
ENWAY assisted WeLearn in building a centralized location for storing and managing income and expenses connected with creators. Now, every transaction in Salesforce is linked with the creator, product, and allocation group. Additionally, all transactions have their status and an automatically calculated net amount. Also, ENWAY implemented the tracking of installment payments to forecast the income and enhance the payment policy.
All this has reduced manual actions and enables managers to track financial data correctly for data-driven decision-making.
