Challenge

For years, our Customer relied on ad-hoc solutions such as Excel spreadsheets to maintain customer data and manage interactions. To establish a solid foundation for future growth and automate the sales process, the company decided to implement a Salesforce CRM.

So, the company teamed up with ENWAY for top-notch implementation services.

Solution

This is what the ENWAY team accomplished during the project:

  1. Configured all necessary 4 standard objects, layouts, fields, and list views.
  2. Performed the integration with the QuickBooks accounting software for customers and product synchronization.
  3. In the Products object, simplified the product creation with all necessary fields to fill on one page by using a screen Flow.
  4. Developed the custom sales process, including the automated stage transitions for Opportunities.
  5. Quotes:
    – configured the Quotes object with its own stages and automated transition between them;
    – designed the quote template;
    – built the capability to accept or reject a quote directly from the customer’s email inbox;
    – added quote expiration functionality.
  6. Contracts:
    – configured the Contracts object with its own stages and automated transition between them;
    – designed the contract template for customers and suppliers;
    – added the possibility to download the contract and send it by any e-signature tool.
  7. Invoices:
    – configured the Invoices object with its own stages;
    – designed the invoice template;
    – delivered the capability to send the invoice in one click.

Results

The shift to the Salesforce CRM has helped the Customer get rid of pain points by centralizing customer and supplier data, automating processes, providing real-time insights, and facilitating cross-collaboration. Now, the team can focus on streamlining operations, enhancing customer satisfaction, and driving business growth.
