Oxford Summer Courses, founded in 2010 by Oxford University graduates, offers award-winning summer programs for students aged 9-24 in Oxford, Cambridge, and London.

Challenge

To enhance customer experience and strengthen security measures, ENWAY and Oxford Summer Courses have collaborated on a project to develop a Student Portal using the Salesforce Experience Cloud. Within the scope of the project, ENWAY received an important task to create a fully integrated platform where students can track their lessons and activities.

Solution

ENWAY professionals were excited to take on this task. During the project, we created a Timetable LWC page, that shows in separate tabs:

1. Academic Timetable with subject lesson’s name, date, start, end time, and location.
2. Social and Cultural Timetable with extracurricular activities, their date, start and end time.

The timetable is unique for students in each academic and social group and is based on the data from Salesforce custom objects. Also, we have seamlessly integrated the Timetable page into the Student Portal.

Results

The implementation of the Timetable page in the Student Portal brought about improvements in customer engagement. By providing a centralized, secure, and user-friendly solution for activity planning, Oxford Summer Courses enhanced students’ satisfaction during their stay.

Moreover, with all data synchronized, managers can easily make changes to the timetable in Salesforce, and these changes will automatically appear in the Student Portal.
