The Marketing Cloud implementation by ENWAY can be divided into the following phases: Platform Configuration: The ENWAY team set up Marketing Cloud and its suite of tools to align with the company’s marketing objectives and technical requirements. Data Migration: We consolidated historical customer data from Hubspot into the Marketing Cloud, ensuring data quality and consistency. Data Source: ENWAY used Contact Builder’s Synchronized Data Sources feature to sync specific fields between Sales Cloud and Marketing Cloud. This process runs every 15 minutes, keeping the data up to date. Data Filtering and Grouping: The team used Automation Studio to filter and group data from Sales Cloud. This process automatically organizes the data into useful data extensions, making it easier to send personalized messages to students. Google Analytics Integration: We integrated Marketing Cloud with Google Analytics and embedded UTM tags in emails to track and gather relevant analytics, enabling the Customer to measure the effectiveness of marketing messages and email campaigns. By implementing Salesforce Marketing Cloud with the help of ENWAY, the Customer created a unified platform that streamlined marketing operations and enhanced collaboration. Now, both marketing and sales teams can clearly track how leads are progressing through the sales funnel. This makes it easier to measure conversions across digital marketing channels and quickly adjust strategies to improve results. The marketing team also gained access to Email Studio and Journey Builder, allowing them to create targeted email campaigns and automate multi-channel marketing journeys. As a result, the customer saw improved customer engagement, higher sales conversions, and a more efficient marketing strategy.
