Homie is a UAE-based cashback platform that connects users with businesses in Restaurants, Retail, Attractions & Leisure, Beauty, and Fitness. The company aims to make financial wellness accessible by providing easy ways for consumers to earn cashback on everyday spending, helping them save effortlessly.

Challenge

As a typical growing company, Homie relied on Excel spreadsheets to manage sales and customer data. However, as the business expanded, this approach became inefficient and error-prone, lacking the scalability needed for growth. The sales process lacked transparency, and reporting capabilities were limited, making it difficult to track performance and resolve bottlenecks.

To address these issues, Homie decided to implement a CRM and partnered with ENWAY for a Salesforce CRM solution.

Solution

For a fast and efficient CRM deployment, ENWAY implemented the Salesforce QuickStart bundle.

 The key components of our solution included:

  • Sales Process Сonfiguration: We set up Salesforce CRM to automate the entire sales process, from lead creation to winning an opportunity. Opportunity stages were customized according to Homie’s unique sales process.  
  • Cases: We developed a process that automatically creates Cases at certain points in the sales pipeline. Each Case contains particular tasks and has its own steps. For example, an “Onboarding” Case is automatically created when an opportunity reaches the “Onboarding” stage. If onboarding is not completed or training is unsuccessful, the opportunity stage will be automatically updated to “Closed Lost.”
  • Quoting and Approval Processes:  ENWAY configured a quoting process with the functionality of generating a PDF quote. We also developed an automated approval process to accelerate decision-making. When a quote is sent, the approval process starts automatically. We also implemented conditional logic for manual approval when needed. For example, if the cashback exceeds a set threshold, the quote is routed for manual approval. In all other cases, the process moves forward automatically.
  • Reporting and Dashboards: Custom dashboards and reports were designed to provide real-time sales performance metrics.
