Challenge

Our Customer needed an efficient way to manage the leads they were generating through more than 10 Facebook Lead Ad forms. The company wanted to ensure that every potential lead was captured and followed up on promptly. However, their existing process for handling Facebook leads was manual and time-consuming, leading to delays in lead qualification and conversion.

Solution

The ENWAY team successfully implemented an integration that automatically imports leads from Facebook Lead Ad forms into Salesforce using the official Salesforce app, “Lead Capture in Sales Cloud.”

Here’s what we did during the process:

  1. Installed the “Lead Capture for Sales Cloud” manage package to the Customer’s org
  2. Set up the Lead Capture connected app so authorized users can access it.
  3. Assigned the Salesforce Lead Capture permission set to users in the Customer’s org. Those with this permission can create tasks to import leads from Facebook.
  4. Mapped fields in the Facebook Lead Ad form to the required fields in the Salesforce Lead object
  5. Сreated a lead capture task to import leads from a Facebook Lead Ad campaign into Salesforce. This task connects Facebook to Salesforce and automatically creates a new lead record in the Customer’s org whenever a prospect fills out a Lead Ad form.
  6. Imported existing Facebook leads to Salesforce, ensuring that all previously generated leads were captured and ready for follow-up.

Results

The integration resulted in a significant improvement in the company’s lead management process. Facebook leads are now captured instantly in Salesforce, allowing the sales team to qualify and convert them much faster. This integration not only saved time but also ensured that no leads were lost or delayed in the process. As a result, the Customer enhanced its overall lead conversion rate, contributing to increased business growth.
