Challenge
ENWAY had previously supported the customer with Salesforce CRM implementation and an Experience Cloud portal for account managers. This time, WeLearn approached us with an unconventional challenge. The company needed a simple way to manage projects with creators entirely within Salesforce, without migrating to separate project management tools. The goal was to centralize all project data and make collaboration straightforward and manageable.
Solution
The ENWAY team successfully delivered custom project management functionality inside Experience Cloud, enabling projects to run fully within Salesforce. What we did:
- Configured the Experience Cloud portal.
- Set up all key components of the custom PM tool (project entity, task entity, etc.).
- Designed custom project stages to match the client’s workflow.
- Added file attachment support for tasks to improve tracking and collaboration.
- Built custom objects, such as ad segments, to reflect the business process.
- Implemented advanced sharing rules with permission sets to manage team access.
- Developed custom widgets for key metrics using LWC components.
- Enabled adding new products directly in the platform and viewing all transactions and expenses within each project.

With ENWAY’s custom project management solution in Experience Cloud, WeLearn can now manage projects entirely within Salesforce. Account managers can track tasks, expenses, and product launches in one place while sharing files and updates. Team members can access only their assigned tasks while progressing through project stages.
