Role: Salesforce QA Engineer
Location: 🇬🇪 Georgia (remote) or 🇵🇱 Poland, Krakow (hybrid)
Contract Type: B2B
Employment Type: Full-Time
Responsibilities
- Develop and execute comprehensive test plans, test cases, and test scripts for Salesforce applications.
- Perform functional, regression, integration, and system testing to ensure high-quality deliverables.
- Identify, document, and track bugs to resolution using appropriate tools.
- Collaborate with developers, business analysts, and stakeholders to ensure test coverage and requirement alignment.
- Validate Salesforce configurations, workflows, and customizations.
- Ensure compliance with Salesforce best practices and organizational quality standards.
- Stay updated on Salesforce releases and ensure testing strategies align with new features and updates.
Requirements
- Experience: 2+ years of experience in quality assurance, preferably with Salesforce applications.
- Certifications: Salesforce Administrator (mandatory).
- Language Skills: English proficiency at B2 or higher (effective communication with international clients).
- Knowledge of Salesforce features, including workflows, validation rules, and process automation.
- Proficient in test management tools (e.g., Jira, TestRail) and bug tracking systems.
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to create and execute test cases, identify edge cases, and maintain test documentation.
- Familiarity with Agile development methodologies.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with automated testing tools (e.g., Selenium, Provar).
- Knowledge of Apex test classes and Salesforce metadata.
- Background in working with EU/US/UAE clients is a plus.
- Salesforce QA-specific experience is highly valued.
