Challenge

At Axendo, managers were using spreadsheets for storing data about customers, suppliers, contractors, etc. The info about suitable equipment and its prices were kept in the separate price books provided by suppliers.

Also, quotes for customers were created manually. All that slowed down the sales process. For this reason, the company decided to implement the Salesforce CRM and chose ENWAY as a reliable partner.

Solution

ENWAY has assisted Axendo with Salesforce implementation and digitalizing the sales process.

Milestones we did:

  1. Initial Salesforce configuration;
  2. Setting up the whole sales process from the open lead to the closed won opportunity;
  3. Adding custom fields to the standard objects (for example, the Organization type);
  4. Creation of the Implementation projects custom object that summarizes automatically created connected tasks, related to each sales stage;
  5. Dynamic quote generation using multiple variables and templates;
  6. Creation and import of price lists with the possibility to embed the equipment images right into the product record. Also, the product image will automatically be visible in the quote that includes this particular item.
